Wednesday, January 17, 2007: Notice of public hearing published with deadline for filing of intervenor petitions and tentative hearing date.

.FEBRUARY
Wednesday, February 7, 2007: Deadline for LURC staff to submit to Plum Creek requests for additional information.

Wednesday, February 14, 2007: Deadline for LURC staff to receive all intervenor petitions.

MARCH
Tuesday, March 6, 2007: Deadline for all responses from Plum Creek for additional information.

Wednesday, March 7, 2007: Commisssion meeting and decision on intervenor status.

Friday, March 9, 2007: Mail agenda for pre-hearing conference to intervenors and review agencies.

Monday, March 19, 2007: Pre-hearing conference.

APRIL:
Wednesday, April 4, 2007: Commission meeting and final decision on hearing schedule.

Tuesday, April 17, 2007: Prefiled testimony due.

MAY:
Wednesday, May 2, 2007: Notice of public hearing with final dates and locations unless May 19 start date has been changed by Commission.

Saturday, May 19, 2007: First "public" session.

Monday, May 21, 2007: First day of "technical" session.

JUNE:
Saturday, June 2, 2007: Second "public" session.

The above tentative dates will depend on timely responses by Plum Creek to any outstanding or additional information requests from staff or review agencies.
