Bottle redemption centers see less material but more efficient service

Maine’s Beverage Container Redemption Program says business has been down for a lot of centers but the pandemic is allowing some places to showcase a new way to redeem bottles going forward. For Roopers in Lewiston, the past month has allowed it to showcase its drop-off program implemented last year to eliminate face-to-face interaction.
