Portland closes parking lots adjacent to Back Cove Trail to reduce use

The City of Portland is closing two parking lots adjacent to the popular Back Cove Trail Tuesday to cut down on the number of people using the 3.6-mile path around the cove amid the coronavirus outbreak. People can still use the trail for running and walking.
