The state Bureau of Parks & Lands is seeking comments on the final draft plan for the Tumbledown/Mount Blue Region with a virtual public meeting 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, via Microsoft Teams. The plan will guide the BPL’s management of the 10,000-acre Tumbledown Public Reserved Land, 8,000-acre Mount Blue State Park, as well as the smaller Bald Mountain public lot for the next 15 years. All of the land is managed for multiple uses, including recreation, wildlife habitat, scenic and natural areas and (excluding the state park land) timber production.
