Professional Loggers raise record amount for Maine kids health causes

TURNER PUBLISHING • February 16, 2021

The Professional Logging Contractors of Maine raised a record $136,716 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in Maine in 2020 through its annual Log A Load for Maine Kids fundraising efforts. The total exceeded the previous record set in 2019 of $135,007, and was particularly remarkable considering the challenges the pandemic created for the logging industry and for the traditionally in-person fundraising events the annual campaign relies upon.
