Ryan Ducharme, 34, of Spencer, Mass., died when his snowmobile crashed into trees Friday night in Franklin County, the Maine Warden Service says. An initial investigation indicated that alcohol was not a factor, but speed may have been, the warden service said. Ducharme was wearing a helmet.
