Editorial: Owners of polluted Maine land deserve more time to seek damages

Dozens of homeowners in Maine have had their properties contaminated by industrial chemicals linked to a variety of serious health problems. They are seeing their farming operations shut down and their land plummet in value. State law shouldn’t let responsible parties off the hook.
