Summer in Maine just might be close to ‘normal’ this year

The COVID-19 pandemic that ruined the summer of 2020 appears to be easing, and last week Gov. Janet Mills announced she would be scaling back quarantine requirements and business restrictions. Public health experts are cautious, but with widespread vaccination the virus may be under enough control that activities can return closer to what they were before the pandemic.
