Tractor-trailer carrying explosives crashes on I-95 in Sabattus

A tractor-trailer carrying explosives for Maine Drilling and Blasting of Gardiner crashed Tuesday on I-95 after the driver reportedly was cut off by another vehicle. The driver was not hurt and the explosives did not detonate.
