A year after a fatal shark attack in Harpswell, town adopts warning flag

The flag will be hoisted in Mitchell Field, Mackerel Cove and Cedar Beach when there is a reported shark sighting within one-fourth of a mile, advising beachgoers to swim at their own risk.
