Research station rises on Penobscot Bay island

MAINE SUNDAY TELEGRAM • July 4, 2021

The $1 million facility being built by the Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership will be the first offshore research facility in Penobscot Bay and only the second in the entire Gulf of Maine.
