Study: Maine named most-improved state for energy efficiency

A recent study has named Maine the most-improved state for energy efficiency. The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy ranked Maine fifth overall, behind California, Massachusetts, New York and Vermont. The report praised Maine's use of state-led initiatives and efforts to reduce emissions in its industrial sector. It also discussed Governor Janet Mills' plan to make Maine climate neutral by 2045.
