The Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry has scheduled the confirmation hearing of Perry A. Ellsworth of Strong, to the Land Use Planning Commission, for April 1st at 11:00 a.m. Ellsworth is a private consultant. He previously served as town manager in South Berwick and Rangeley, and as a manager at International Paper Company and Hammermill Paper Company. The LUPC oversees development in the half of Maine in unorganized areas. Submit written testimony by email to lio@legislature.maine.gov.
