Skowhegan officials look to transform downtown lot in effort to boost interest in riverfront project

The nonprofit group Main Street Skowhegan plans to develop a portion of a parking lot as green space for people to congregate along the banks of the Kennebec River near where the Skowhegan River Park is to be developed.
