Tourists and locals flock to Maine lighthouses for a rare look inside

PORTLAND PRESS HERALD • September 10, 2022

An estimated 18,000 people flocked to 19 lighthouses in the state Saturday, Maine Open Lighthouse Day, the one day a year when visitors can get a look inside.
