Most every day this winter, many of my neighbors used the remote start on their vehicles and let them run 20 to 30 minutes to warm up. They may also do this when returning to home. I believe that doing this five days a week uses more gas than mowing a lawn more than once a week. If the government can demand that we must all have electric vehicles in the future, why can it not forbid remote start on vehicles when sold? Most people seem concerned about the climate as long as it does not affect them. I have an electric lawn mower and an older car, without remote start. ~ Roger Fajans, Cumberland Center
