Maine Game Wardens on Wednesday night arrested a Waterboro man for allegedly dragging a landowner who tried to stop his ATV. Devin Lafrance, 21, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless operation of an ATV, and failing to stop and identify for a landowner. The landowner stopped the driver and told him that he needed to slow down.
