Maine’s air quality will be worse Saturday

Maine on Saturday will get a small taste of the smoke from Canadian wildfires that turned skies apocalyptic orange from Minnesota to Maryland. Particulate pollution will be slightly elevated statewide, posing risks for sensitive groups, including people with heart or lung disease, older adults, asthmatics and people who work outdoors,
