The poacher likely shot the deer sometime between 11-11:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Maine Operation Game Thief is offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest or conviction of those responsible for the killing.
