Broad Coalition of Over 100 Organizations Urges Congress to Reject Attacks on Longstanding Clean Air Protections

105 health, business, environmental, consumer advocate, local governments, and science organizations, have sent a letter urging members of Congress to vote NO on improper Congressional Review Act resolutions that seek to overturn four long-standing Clean Air Act preemption waivers that states rely on to protect the health and safety of their residents.
