Power outages, downed trees surge across coast amid weekend nor’easter

Thousands were without power Sunday afternoon as the weekend’s nor’easter continued to batter the state, according to Central Maine Power and Versant Power outage trackers. Most outages were concentrated along the coast, where winds were reaching up to 45 mph, with a few reported inland outages.
