Portland’s annual festival celebrating Maine’s food and beverages, Harvest on the Harbor, returns to Portland in October at Maine Studio Works. Featured events include the Maine Lobster Chef of the Year competition on Friday, Oct. 16, and two sessions of the Maine OysterFest on Oct. 17.
