Save Wendell State Forest from Logging

Wendell State Forest is slated to be logged, starting in November 2018. If this project goes forward, it will decimate a rare and beautiful forest of century-old oak trees. You can help to stop this destructive logging plan. We need as many people as possible to speak out against logging and for permanent protection for this irreplaceable forest.

Help Save the Endangered Species Act

Enacted in 1973 with broad bipartisan support, the national Endangered Species Act (ESA) is one of America’s most effective and important environmental laws. Despite the success of the ESA, the Trump Administration and anti-conservation members of Congress are working to undermine the law. RESTORE: The North Woods has been a leader in advocating for strong protection for imperiled species for over 25 years. Speak up for the vital law that protects endangered species such as the wolf, grizzly bear, Canada lynx, bald eagle, and blue whale.
