Mindfulness Trail open in East Warren

Mindfulness Trail is now open at 661 Highland Road in East Warren, offering  visitors a free, self-guided forest experience built around curiosity, discovery, and the stories hidden in the landscape. The nonprofit trail is now open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to sunset,  with seasonal or weather-related changes posted online. The Loop Trail and Maze Trails include more than a mile of well-maintained, easy-to-hike paths. Along the  Loop Trail, visitors encounter information stops exploring features such as glacial erratics, ancient shoreline  evidence, stone fences, historic pastureland and the remains of an 18th-century building foundation.
